Neko Levitas
Intro
Neko Levitas aka. Thicat or Thunder Cat, is a type of feline (cat family). In ancient times, it was thought of as the followers of the Thunder God because of their violent personality in a storm. Recent studies of these felines have concluded that this is because they are know to breed when the air is filled with static. The other noticeable feature is their ability to shoot out small but leathal bolts of electricity from their appendages on their head.
Basic Details
Common Name: Thicat/Thunder Cat
Average Height/Length: 40 cm tall, 130 cm long. Females are usually a bit smaller.
Average Weight: Surprisingly light. About 5-7 kg.
Usual Pelt Colour: Very light yellow and white. No spesific pattern.
Type of "Pelt":Stiff/rigid fur with different lengths. So it looks a bit shabby.
General Appearance: Quite pointed muzzle, but rounded snout. The body looks like a svannah (a real cat, search google for pictures), but with stronger/bigger legs and paws and thicker fur. It also has these wierd things growing out of their head. Almost like horns, but they move and feels just like tails. They split at the ends.
Behavior: Very timid and kind when the weather is calm. They are a very popular pet everywhere. Both because of their nature, but also because of there are so many of them and the fact that they can live as long as 200 years.
They love to be with other animals and people.
Ecological Details
Habits:
Diet: Birds (smaller ones), insects and curtain fruits.
Predators: Some dragons and some bigger mammals
Prey:: Birds and insects.
Niche/Habitat/Area it can be found: Big fields and subburban areas and cannyons.
By Products: As with many animals, their fur is used. Because of their rigid nature, their fur is usually used to make light armour (mostly magic armour). Their bones are also quite lucrative in the magic trades, as they too have great magical properties. (Lightning magic mostly)
